2.目的（purpose）
1.驗證生產(chǎn)控制計劃
Ｔo validate the production control plan
2. 提供持續(xù)改進的數(shù)據(jù)
Provide data for continuous improvement
3.在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程和質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定前，保護客戶
Protect the customer before the process and quality are stable.
4.確保質(zhì)量問題能迅速地鑒別、遏制和解決
Make sure issues are identified and contained and quickly solved
5. 讓高層管理層知道相關(guān)問題及其解決方法
Make top management aware of issues and resolution of those issues
3.GP12程序適用范圍（scope of GP-12）
1. 產(chǎn)品試生產(chǎn)階段
During all pre-production phases
2.產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)早期階段．
During the early stages of production builds.
3.當(dāng)正常工藝過程發(fā)生變化后．
After Normal process Variation
3.1 增加一個班次的產(chǎn)量
Adding a shift or production from all shifts
3.2 發(fā)生影響生產(chǎn)工藝過程的工程更改
After a major engineering change which changes the production process
3.3 改變原材料或供應(yīng)商
Change in raw material or tier two supplier
3.4 主要的設(shè)備升級、整修
After major equipment upgrades, refurbishment
當(dāng)在客戶收到不合格零件時，GP12程序不在適用。此時開始使用受控發(fā)運程序。
"ＧＰ-12 should not be used for discrepant material received at the Customer's Plant;
they should be addressed using the controlled shipping procedure."
4.GP12區(qū)域（GP-12 Area）
１.足夠的光線 （very good lighting ）
２.信息板 (information board)
2.1 用于張貼所有ＧＰ１２相關(guān)信息（作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、培訓(xùn)記錄、Ｉ－Ｃhart、反應(yīng)計劃、對策措施、邊界樣品等）
Is used to post all the information related to GP12(operation manual,training records,I-Chart,
reaction plan, countermeasures, boundary samples,etc)"
2.2 用于每天跟蹤ＧＰ１２執(zhí)行情況的目視化管理工具
Visual management is used to review the performance of GP12 on a daily basis
2.3 該信息可以隨時用于接受客戶審查
Information is available for customer review at any time
2.4當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格品時，必須由相應(yīng)的對策措施表明已執(zhí)行相關(guān)的反應(yīng)計劃
Countermeasures are displayed to demonstrate the actions are taken when a no conformance is found
5.GP-12－應(yīng)該檢查些什么？what should be checked
１.盡可能多的關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)品特性需在ＧＰ１２階段100℅全檢。
Ａs many of critical characteristics as possible items that are checked100℅should be checked in GP-12
２.ＧＰ１２控制計劃需ＳＱＥ批準(zhǔn)
GP12 plan must be approved by your SQE
３.能夠進行的功能性檢查
Functional checks if possible
４.包含確認(rèn)包裝和標(biāo)簽的要求
Include verification of packaging and labeling requirements
５.任何關(guān)鍵項目如果裝配后無法檢驗，必須在裝配前進行檢查。
Any critical item which can not be checked after assembly should be checked before assembly
6.如何確保GP12 有效
1.在執(zhí)行GP12前，先明確退出條件
Identified exit criteria before start GP12
2.授權(quán)相關(guān)人員確保圍堵措施的有效進行。
Empower people to ensure a robust containment process is in plance
3.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層參與評審GP12過程，確認(rèn)該過程按正確的方法執(zhí)行（層級評審）

4.每天用一個已知的缺陷產(chǎn)品混入GP12區(qū)域

7.GP12的標(biāo)識 （Identification for GP12）
在每個發(fā)運標(biāo)簽上貼一個直徑約25mm的綠色圓點，該圓點應(yīng)簽有GP12區(qū)域負(fù)責(zé)人的簽名。
Attach to each shipping label a gree circular, sticker,approximatelu 25mm in diameter ,signed by the staff person accountable to insure proper implementation of GP-12.
8.GP12 持續(xù)的適合退出標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Dutation of GP12 and exit eriteria
1.在執(zhí)行GP12前，先明確退出條件

9.當(dāng)在GP12區(qū)域發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷時，應(yīng)該怎么辦？
1. 一旦在ＧＰ－１２區(qū)域發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷，就意味著過程控制、控制計劃或防錯失效。也就是說，如果沒有ＧＰ１２區(qū)域，你的客戶就會收到這些缺陷產(chǎn)品，因此要當(dāng)作ＰＲＲ處理，采用防錯是解決問題的最佳方法。
Finding a defect in GP-12means that your process control, control plan, and error proofing failed .This is a part that you‘re customer would have received if GP-12 had not been in place. Treat the defect as a PRR. error proofing is your best choice to solve issues.
